Ever since I first set eyes on this piece, it has captured my attention. We've seen a handful of these in recent years, but the overall quality of this one is just tops. Long golden-orange needles of rutile radiate off a shelf of chlorite-coated matrix within the quartz. It's mesmerizing in the hand! Not visible from the main photo, the quartz crystal extends off the matrix in a unique way you'll have to see to appreciate.
